Writing has communicated ideas, thoughts and feelings that have changed the world as we know it. Anne Frank gave us a glimpse into her life during the Holocaust. Frederick Douglass' personal narrative gave the nation a first hand look into life as a slave; he would later speak to President Abraham Lincoln. His influential words would change the future of our nation. From music and poetry to personal narrative, every students has a story waiting to be told. Encourage your child to find inspiration in their world and write daily!
